yay, I get to make the Bleach thread.

Who's keeping up? I'm so glad the new arc has started in the anime.

My only gripe is the shoddy animation that seems to be used at the moment (Uliquorra and Yami could have looked much better, IMO).

Personally, I like the way Ulquiorra and Yami were drawn. I think that the Bounto fillers were fine, even though they don't happen in the manga (made so it didn't overtake the manga). I reackon hopefully that Tatsuki, Keigo, and the other, calm one will all get powers, just for the hell of it.

sweet i love this anime. good thing i decided to wait till the bounto arc ended to start wacting the series. i wachted like 110 episodes in like a month.

I stopped watching the anime when the Bounto arc started because after a few episodes it just bored me and just stuck with the manga. I have some friends who watched the entire arc and they told me about it so meh, whatever. Glad to see it's back on track since the Arrancar arc kicks so much ass it's not even funny. Everyone will bow down to Grimmjaw Jagerjack and Zaraki Kenpachi....can't say much since I'm like a spoiler vault right now.

oh its definatly better now. the creators didnt go all out with bounto arc. i cant wait till it gets to the good stuff.

Chances are I still won't watch the anime because I'm so far ahead in the manga and it makes no point to me to backtrack all the way back to the beginning considering the manga just started a new arc recently.

true. anyway that was pretty much the whole point of the bounto arc. it was all filller to allow the manga to go way ahead of the anime.

Long ass filler arc but not nearly as long as the Rurouni Kenshin one that never ended and ended up killing the series. But sadly the manga hasn't been progressing as fast as it used to and the anime could quickly catch up in a matter of months if the author doesn't pick up the pace again which would result in more fillers and turn Bleach into another Naruto.

Rurouni Kenshin definatly had it coming and good thing i stopped wacthing less then half way through. I'm surprised the same thing didnt happen with Naruto. Naruto had 80+ weeks or so of straight fillers, most of them terrible.

And One Piece Recently got cancelled out of production in the U.S. because it was so heavily censored that barely anyone wacthed it.

I'm reading the newest manga chapters, but I'm still watching these episodes, I want to see the Vizard and Arrancar animated.

I wasn't so keen on the filler, it wasn't horrible but still pretty boring.

I only enjoyed one episode of the whole Bountou stuff, and that was 101 with Mayuri. lol. Though it wasn't too bad, it was boring like ya said.

The manga is getting hot hot hot. All this stuff with Chad is just crazy awesome, I was hoping they'd do something like that with his character. He's pretty likeable again.

I really will enjoy watching the anime now since it's going to cover the arrancar stuff. I'm curious what kind of voices they're going to give to each of em. Like Grimm. Ooooh. Plus I really like the shinigami golden's at the end. =P

I'm starting to get into the series but I'm far from being a die hard fan. When it's on for me it'll be "hey alright." and other times when it's on it may be "... Let's see what else is on."

For the longest time my first thought would be "how is this episode going to turn out", so I'd sit through it then pass judgement. When it came to the Bountou, I was usually unimpressed.

I am happy they didn't continue with more filler after it.

Me too. I'm thinking there'll be more coming up though - I can't see the manga ending any time soon, so the anime is bound to catch up again.

I'm kinda getting that Bleach feeling back, like when I first watched the early episodes, which is good. I really look forward to Thursdays now.

Bleach is my favourite anime at the moment. The Filler, if you can even call it that, was quality and was actually interesting- though im glad its finally delving into the Manga.

i liked it too. mainly because it had a lengthy storyline unlike other anime series like naruto.

I like it because it showed more of characters we wouldn't get to see much of otherwise, Soi Fong and Kurotsuchi for example. It was entertaining to watch the Bountou get pwned. It made enduring all that not so bad. I was hoping it'd be a more dramatic ending for that Bountou woman that's all manly though. I disliked her more then anything.
