Xenosaga to be released on DVD in the states

this may not be news to some but for those who haven't played the games, the Xenosaga anime which helped inspire the games will be coming out on DVD in the states hopefully this summer.

Interesting. I know they didn't make as many Xenosaga games as they were planning to do; would the anime cover the plot material they didn't include?

Really complicated story and I'm still upset that I didn't finish Xenosage episode III and skipped episode II. I was near the end just to understand some of it but there were still a few holes that had to be filled. I want to watch it.

Supports both KOS-MOS and T-ELOS.

I have only just started the game. I need to play it more. I do look foreward to watching the anime. What I've seen of the game so far is really good.

They had planned on doing 6 games and I think Xenogears figures in there somewhere but Monolith, the company that made the game got either bought out or dismantled and they tried to conclude what they could in number three in that [spoiler]UDO is god, chaos's real name is Yeshua (You Christians or atleast the smart ones should know who that is.) is the human manifestation of the anima of the universe and KOSMOS holds Mary Magdelin's soul and Mary is the Animus to the universe and the U-TIC organization sponsored by the religious nomads are really Christians.[/spoiler]

I saw the anime available at megacon a few years back but didn't get it then. Guess I could get it now.

The anime basically covers all the events that happened in Xenosaga Episode I while making a few minor changes.

It was a good series to watch in Japanese, lets hope they don't stuff up the voices in English
