Default Anime or Manga?
Do you prefer watching animation or reading the manga of a particular anime? Are there cases where the anime has exceeded the manga or the animation fails to live up to what is in the manga? Or are both a compliment to one another?

When Iam reading I Love Manga Iam just reading Vampire Knight which is realllly good!
When Iam watching T.V. I like watching Anime (the good ones that arent crappy)
So I like Reading manga better because some of the T.v. anime series suck

First off, I don't and never will enjoy reading more than watching something visually. And as a big anime fan... well, of course I'll pick it. Only time I really look at Manga is if it continued from where the anime ended.

Shows how much you pay attention. First of all if you go into a store like HMV or Virgin Megastores there is always an anime section. There you will find a lot of anime that won't be aired because children in this country won't understand it because it doesn't involve yugioh and adults in UK don't care about anime. Just download it or watch it from the net if you can't find it.

Manga FTW, its not only the original but it has more gore and funnier. There is no such thing as edited for TV in manga.

I try not to compare Manga with Anime since I love reading but I also enjoy watching anime. They both tend to be different even if they are both the same series the Manga is always more detailed but the anime has music and images can show so much that would have to take up pages of descriptions in written form.

So I rate them both equel as both have their good points.

I prefer anime because I just don't get enough out of the manga. Anything projected on a TV screen is far better than anything a book can offer...

I generally enjoy the manga more seeing as I don't have to wait weekly for the next chapter, and I find the manga is usually more interesting (i.e. Full metal Alchemist). I also find the Manga is usually more in detail and the anime, sometimes leaves things out.
