Default Songs That Make You Think About Life
Are there any songs out there that make you think about life and the things it puts you through?

Mine is AIN'T AFRAID TO DIE by Dir en grey. The vocalist wrote it when his fiance left him for his best friend. I can feel the pain he feels when I hear it, and it makes my day really gloomy </3 It makes me think about all the really bad things that happen. I saw the PV of it a few minutes ago, and I'm really stunned by it, with all those thoughts of how hard life is overpowering me.

the LP 1 makes me wanna cry some times but they are meaningful too. they bury deep inside me... if you read my poems you can occasionally pick out a line from an LP song ive accidentally written in

Until the End---> Breaking Benjamin (this is literally my theme song, I can't get enough of it)

Breaking the Habit---> Linkin Park (yeah I agree, and I feel like this constantly)

My December---> Linkin Park (I fall asleep to this song countless times, and that's in a good way)

A lot of Ben Folds stuff makes me think about life ( and they did before I was so into him. ) "The Luckiest" is a song that I think I'll always carry with me in some way. "Fred Jones, Part Two" is another one, and "Brick" ( which is actually a Ben Folds Five song, but who's counting? ) is pretty haunting in the right light.


Though I do agree with Steffyn; "Ain't Afraid to Die," if you know the context and aren't so much opposed to Japanese ballads, will do it to you, too.

Bad Religion - Shattered Faith

Most of Bad Religions songs have meaningful lyrics, that one just happens to be my favorite, Sorrow isn't too bad either.
