From their first demo. Recording quality's a bit subpar but this is still a fantastic track. Kind of makes me wish they'd properly recorded it, but then again the raw quality just adds to the atmosphere in a lot of ways.

I don't actually know the name of the song, but there is a **** load of people from other bands doing it, a guy from Iron Maiden, Blue Oyster, Dio, Twisted Sister, Quiet Riot, Judas Priest, and some other people from other bands are doing it. This is actually one of my new favourite songs now.

I guess it does exactly what it says on the tin, it tells you how to make Ramen in 3 easy steps. What more needs to be said? Quality.

Pretty stupid, it's exppected to have a couple of these on each album and it's always a nice break from the slightly more serious stuff.

Mahavishnu Orchestra - A Lotus On Irish Streams

Right before going to bed I just have to listen to this very calm and relaxing song by this fascinating group. Listening to this feels like floating on water while being surrounded by beautiful nature. Very peaceful. Though I might sound like a goddamn hippie right now, a nice sleep is guaranteed after listening to this song.

Otsuka Ai - Cherish

I've listened to her a fair bit today, this is one fo teh best songs she's done too, one of the slower ones. It's good to have some crazy stuff as well as some truly emotional stuff as it makes the album much more versatile but it also means it never gets boring. Each new crazy song does sound exactly that, and the same goes for the serious ones, it works eprfectly. Great song, liking it more the more I hear it.

Otsuka Ai - Kuroge Wagyu Joshio Tanyaki 735 Yen

A nice little song, nothing truly amazing but it helps the album flow nicely and it's not a song I'd skip.

Lunar Aurora - Die Nacht

One of the best black metal concept albums ever, right up there with Emperor's Prometheus. This is the best track off it, too; the acoustic interlude I'm currently listening to is one of the most chilling parts of any album I've ever heard.

This is the song that got me into this artist in the first place. Catchy little number that I've been neglecting for the apst few weeks, I'm glad I've got back around to listening to this stuff again.

Dreamtale - The Dawn

This is the best opening to any album, ever. It's so beautiful how everything comes in together, and it's such a nice song to hear. I'd argue it out to be of Dreamtale's best, and a few of Dreamtale's songs would make the best 20 songs of all time.

But seriously, this is easily one of the best progressive metal albums of all time, and if it weren't from 2004 (the same year as Lunar Aurora's Zyklus and Ayreon's The Human Equation) it'd probably be Album of the Year material. They don't neglect the cowbell on this song either, which pleases me greatly.

Duke Special - Love is a series of scars.

i met him at a live gig in swansea twice last year and he made a big impression on me with his music. soft and meaningful. plus irish singing voices always sound more emotional.

7/10 for this track.

Phantasmagoria - Suicide Gemini

A lot more electronic and melodic than most VK bands but it's good to see they're trying something different. Not the greatest band in the world but they're not half bad, I'm pretty sure the bassist was involved in some scandal recently so when the new album's out is anybodys guess.

This isn't the best song they've done and it sounds fairly typical, it actually sounds like music from a film soundtrack so I suppose it sets a mood quite well. I haven't been listening to this kind of thing for a while so maybe I don't apprecaite it as much as I could right now but still, it ain't bad., nice guitar solo anyway.

Dreamtale - Memories of Time

I have nothing but love for this song, however, Dreamtale if famous for anything are famous for their choruses and solos, yet this song lacks a strong chorus. Never the less, it's a damn good song.
