Well, I really liked Seymour not only as an antagonist, but as a character in general. Actually, he is my favorite villain from all of the Final Fantasy titles.

Was no good i'd say. But if i have to choose.....the Judges.

Yunalesca, if you look at what she did to every Spiran. Seymour was cool, but also kinda emo.

I have to say that I liked Shuyin. He was pretty cool and didn't sound queer like Tidus.

I have a big long-ass essay about this character, but I really can't be arsed to type all that out again. Suffice to say, I felt his had much more depth, identity, and a genuine human quality to his character that hasn't been seen before, and with Tetsuya doing character design again, unlikely to be seen again for a long time.

I'd have to say Seymour. He did his job as antagonist: Annoyed the freak out of you.

I give it to Shuyin from Final Fantasy X-2.
That is my favorite Final Fantasy game ever.
And he is the best Final Fantasy villain ever.
In fact he is the best villain ever, period.
And Final Fantasy X-2 is the anything ever, period.

He is just so dark, and angsty, and emo, and cool, and badass.
How could you not like him?

I'd have to say Shuyin. He played his part as the antagonist.
