Default [Official] Your Favourite Game. X -XII

Final Fantasy 10
Final Fantasy 10-2
Final Fantasy 12
(Final Fantasy 11?) - 4th generation or not?

In my opinion 10 is the best then 12, 10-2 is the worst simply because ever since the american company took over it has gone down hill. 11 I havn't played this so I can't comment, but apparently they lost alot of customers as it went online.

I like FFXII the bets out of the fourth Gen games. FFX was good, but I was put off it a bit by some of the characters. and FFX-2 was just....awful. =/
I also haven't played FFXI. I've wanted to for a while now, but It's too expensive. Also I'd like to not lose my life to it, as I've heard happens a lot with MMORPGs

10 has to be my favorite, seen as I haven't actually completed XII yet. 12 would be second, and X-2 would be last.

I would say that FFX is the better one on story level but FFXII beats it by far in it's fighting and weapon system.

FFX, it has a nice emotional story to it and is a enjoyable game.

I don't think FFXI should be included because it's a totally different game, online play etc

It's a close call between FFX and FFXII.
Both are good. 10 is definately unique in it's wonderful story, graphics (for its time) and had a lot of wonderous gameplay - w/ the overdrives, tagging in and out, and the use of Aeons. Combined w/ the music and flow of the game, overall combining to be one of the best FF's yet.

12 is also great on it's graphics of course. It's gameplay was unique - adding hunts to the 'new feel' of it. The weapon system, gambits and story also help it arise from following games, setting it above on a new pedastal. It falls behind in some regards of the other FF's, but it makes up for it w/ it's length and 'openness'. Where as in FFX, the stoy seemed really linear, u just had to go from point A to B and ur done, in 12 you can go around and discover different areas - some where u'll be raped for traveling in - and others where u'll find hidden espers and gain valuable experience.

Final Fantasy X would have been my favorite game if Final Fantasy hadnt showed up to save the day. I felt the game was too linear and short. The battle system boring and predictable. Ohh he is going to attack next turn so lets cast slow and knock him back a few turns. Final Fantasy X has an awesome story don't get me wrong but it was like from point A to point B. Final Fantasy X-2 was like the bas aftertaste of eating something rotten.

Final Fantasy XII may have had an underdeveloped story but it was in no means weak. It was grand and epic and not your usual bad guy trying to destroy the world cliche. This game put gameplay over storyline and revived my waning devotion to the series. I'm truly looking forward to the next games because of FFXII so it gets the cake.

Final Fantasy XII is my favourite in terms of just about everything in the 4th Generation. Story, gameplay, what more could you ask for?

X-2 is like that chick in highschool you knew and kinda liked but she grew up to be a prostitute down at the red light district.

XII is my favorite among the group aswell. Good Storyline. decent multidemensional (personality wise) characters and graphically it was very good.

Final Fantasy XI if its counted (but its an MMORPG) cos i still play it after 3 years..
(and contrary to the belief, it is the Final Fantasy makes the most money for the company now)

but if its not counted, i enjoyed FFX-2 the most, probably because it was somewhat light-hearted and didn't hinge on bad plot cliches (sorry FFX).. then again, its story was never as serious to begin with. The dressphere system was fun and easy to get into.

XII would have to be my favorite. Then X, I didn't like X-2 at all. It was a disgrace, and wasted my time.

FFXII is totally the best!!!! I'm replaying FFX-2 and the thing that I really like about it is the side quests but other than that it's ****.
FFX has some horendous cut scenes but it's better than FFX-2.
