I think he looked alot more menacing, when he was just the old 7 style.

Bahamut was always a hard bastard.

Bahamut was cool in FFVIII but here e was usless. He always died.

Shiva or Bahamut. I'd say because they've been my favorites since I started playing way back when.

Ifrit is my favorite in this game. I actually beat it a year ago - a good story but again the game play wasn't my thing.

My favourite Aeon, as in all the FF games in which he appears, is Bahamut.
Every installment of the series he has managed to look more menacing and/or majestic.
Also because, He's a fairly strong aeon, but by no means the strongest, so using him doesn't take out all the difficulty of the game.

What is your favorite Esper?

My favorite is Ultima followed closely by Zodiark.

I never really use Espers that much but now that I've gotten all the side quests done and my characters are all at a level around 99 I'm going to start consentrating on them.

I haven't collected/used all of them yet, so my favourite out of the ones I've seen is Mateus.
Ice Esper FTW. It was also the only one out of them all (in the main storyline) that posed anything of a challenge, so bonus points for that =D

Ultima, hands down. Love the whole laser-beam-from-outer-space theme of it's Deathblow, makes me remember Bahamut ZERO from FFVII.

Esper=Summons or Materia

Wow, I'm really confused. Never referred to any Final Fantasy magic as Esper just...magic or summons and sometimes materia. If it is Materia. I liked Cure the most.
