It is time to surrender...

..after countless years of executing extremely bad habits, the time to pay the price therefore has come. I have to surrender...to my own body. The years have passed, and the bull has become a mere mule. The constant lack of sleep, eating habits that a doctor only could describe as "completely unacceptable", and the neglecting of clear issues in matters of health-care have lead me to the point that I have to completely rethink every aspect of my way of living. I cannot continue the way I do, or I will not live to the age of 30. I have never bothered to care about any of this until a recent incident "awoke" me and I realized that I have to finally face the facts. I have to cut back on my smoking, coffee, drinking as well as to start eating more healthy. All of which would sound like an easy thing to do, however it's quite impossible with the current routine I'm following...thus I have decided to make a few drastic changes to same routine, and so I will have to cut back on the time I spend spamming the interwebz as well....mainly, I have to just keep my hands off the notebook to not end up playing online poker for 5-6h every day...after work...

So, basically what I'm saying is, even though I would love to stick around and have fun with you lot, I think it's for the better if I keep away completely for now. I'll be back here sometime, and have a look here and then, but in the end I won't be posting much if anything at all in the near future.

Well, i'm torn smattle, on one hand i'm relieved that your getting your act together in this little thing that we call living healthy, on the other I will be missing your insane antics on the spam forums. You really were my favorite troll.
