Well not quite...

We decided to disable post count in the spam games section. Hopefully the posts should still count in the spam section. If not, please let us know. The reason is that in the spam section, there is some thought and input required, not so much in the spam games section. It shouldn't affect too many people since post count doesn't do much as it used too.

Sorry for not posting this earlier when whoever changed the functions did it.

good decision though. It was too damn easy to up your-post count that way.

I think you should put our post count back to normal, then just stop couting the green eggs and spam game posts. Or you should take the posts of the total post count that you took away from us.

I kinda agree with TK why stop post counts on a gaming forum even if it has spam rather than allow spam on spam section to count. The ones with thought required is Gathering Square rather NOT Green Eggs and Spam...please correct me wrong Rob.

Making a post in Green Eggs and Spam requires quite a bit more effort usually than posting in, say, the Counting Game.

unfortunately, vB really only wants you to count all posts in a given forum towards post count or none, and thus whenever we did maintenance on the database they'd reset anyway.
