Re-staffing

It has been passed down to me to re-staff FFE.

As you may or may not have noticed, alot of staff members have left/been banned for one reason or another.

These issues will be resolved once the forum is back to full working order.

If anyone feels they should be reinstated to a former position please do not hesitate to contact me.

Accordingly, the plan is to have 3 SMods and 5 Mods. Akira Avelon is a mod already, this leaves 4 Mod positions open.

Staff decisions will be carefully considered.

Thanks, and if there are any other issues anyone wishes to discuss please contact me.

If I'd have somewhere to look it in, I might be able to judge it as objectivily as possible.

As for the rest.

Make sure the mods you choose are in favor of the current changes, and don't start off with negative feelings.

Yes, we're changing the moderation system here. We had it before that a group of moderators moderated the whole forum. However, for increased efficiency we're now allocating certain sections to certain moderators. Any super-moderators (we have one at the moment) will help to moderate anywhere on the forum, however the normal moderators will be assigned places.

Considering we only have two moderators at the moment, we will be recruiting more.

I'll be posting a notice about this shortly, so keep your eyes peeled.

I would like to mod if it weren't for the fact that I have been so busy and can't get on as much lately. The time periods between each visits are getting longer for me due to the school year as well. If only I had more computer classes and that my schools computers would let me log in. I have tried to log in there before and it wouldn't let me. I looked into it and found out that due to my schools internet security system, I couldn't log in. Unfortunately if I were to reconfigure some properties and things for my computer, I would get into serious trouble at school and lose my computer classes thus making my chances coming here even lower.
