Being in a relationship, if done correctly, can actually make you feel more alive. Its all about communication people. Speak the same "love language" as the one that you may be with and you won't believe just how attached you will begin to feel. I think now adays too much is put up to looks/appearence instead of quality traits like a personality. Which is why girls and guys want to get with the person they think looks best, either in a relationship or perhaps just for the evening. I wouldn't say stay single to the mate-less; everything in life should be experienced at least once

Superficiality will never win over in the end, as the example presented in the thread presents. You want women to be one way, everyone wants them to be a certain way-they try but fail, and you get pissed off by and at them. Women may have killed chivalry, but men sure have incited them to do so.
